Kim Young consults for the International School for Development Justice (ISDJ) among other EU and UN institutions and institutions across the Global South.

Kim has also worked as a Policy Advisor with Médecins Sans Frontières in Brussels and Luxembourg, EU Institutions, ACP organizations, the Government of Canada, and NGOs focused on migrant rights and human rights law. She also works in the field researching indigenous people. Reparative Justice is a key area of focus with an emphasis on deconstructing colonial generational trauma.
